Imagine getting 'life changing' weight loss surgery and looking like this less than two years later. Richard is no doubt back up to 400lbs. Nothing will be more satisfying than seeing him at 450 but this time with no gramma to be his caretaker.

He beat the surgery, charged back the wedding. He's about to beat the diabetes and the heart attack next, ultimately winning against life, that evil fucker that keeps waking him up every day/afternoon/evening or whenever his stupid sleep cycle wakes him.
