Imagine getting 'life changing' weight loss surgery and looking like this less than two years later. Richard is no doubt back up to 400lbs. Nothing will be more satisfying than seeing him at 450 but this time with no gramma to be his caretaker.

Jesus. He's probably still down around 100 pounds from his peak, but it's slowly creeping up on him and he clearly doesn't care.
