Imagine getting 'life changing' weight loss surgery and looking like this less than two years later. Richard is no doubt back up to 400lbs. Nothing will be more satisfying than seeing him at 450 but this time with no gramma to be his caretaker.

Grandma unfortunately passes away and he ends up going up to 450 and bedridden. So he's basically fucked at this point.
