Imagine getting 'life changing' weight loss surgery and looking like this less than two years later. Richard is no doubt back up to 400lbs. Nothing will be more satisfying than seeing him at 450 but this time with no gramma to be his caretaker.

It's fucking sad how he wasted the amount of money people donated just to look like that again.🤦‍♂️ When he said shaking his hand was from a twitch is probably a heart attack that'll clog his veins and go into cardiac arrest.

the ending he deserves, really. the friends that cared about him have moved on, his gma is dying, etc. he has no one
