Submission Statement: The $3.5 Trillion dollar infrastructure plan that is currently being voted on includes more than a billion dollars to be spent on "strengthening vaccine confidence" via television, radio, the internet, and other telecommunications technologies. Among the spending is for "information on vaccines for individuals, including individuals for whom vaccines are not recommended".
