I agree that the voice-over is not very helpful, but she is still very similar to other mRNA/Gen-injection victims.
The skin problems are very common as a side-reaction. Maybe it is an allergic reaction to the lipid particles (Pfizer & Moderna), which is very common.
You can check out the open VAERS database of how often the skin problems occur. https://openvaers.com/ I found 24,000 reports.
