Definitely. Old school anime from the 80s and 90s are the best.

Try out some anime from the 2000s decade. It's not exactly old school like the previous decades, although the 2000s also has a lot of excellent gems which are just as great like 80s and 90s anime. I suggest samurai champloo being one of them. I'm going to post several more suggestions about 2000s anime in the future so keep your eyes on those.

I always found it impressive how the MC can both be a Down Bad pervert yet still be likeable and charismatic. He even gets the girls in the end.
