Thats right. China's immigration laws are very strict, meanwhile a ton of men go into africa for work.
Even despite that, let's go into a bit of wild fantasy and lets assume the cpc party members were a bunch of sjws, it still wouldn't even be feasible to mass migrate a ton of people into China or East Asia like in europe or the US, even if they wanted too. China and East Asia are completely separate lands with their own issues, beliefs, and troubles.
