I have "educated myself," by reading about Ray Blanchard's theories.

Trannies hate Blanchard, but love Magnus Hirschfeld, the first person ever to recognise transsexuals. The problem is, Hirschfeld basically identified autogynephilia as well, but he didn't coin a separate term for it.

Blanchard has as much respect for Magnus Hirschfeld as trans activists have, and they don't see the irony.

their biggest vulnerability is being pinned down to one single definition on anything, that's why they have a whole countervocabulary aimed at their own activism from just a few years ago--saying you have to have dysphoria is "truscum," using surgery as a criterion is "transmedicalist," using self-presentation as a criterion is "cis-passing assimilationism," using "they/them" is denialist, complaining about "they/them" is "NBphobic": the point is to have the proverbial buzzer go off with EVERY choice you make because that's how you break down people like an ill-conceived 50s CIA experiment

IOW if it was from The Past it's something bad, and only complete bobble-head Affirmation of whatever you're being told at the moment is acceptable
