Edging and gooning and cages and shit like that (and in a sense, SRS itself/nullification as the final step) is all just a way to prolong the actual experience of pre-orgasm without ever reaching climax because the second they do, the shame of reality comes racing back to remind them they're just horny pathetic losers jerking off in dresses. It's apparently a strong enough persistent force even with hormones that these guys end up finding paraphilias that let them avoid it.

It's sort of funny to imagine all these AGPs on the internet, arguing till their faces match the blueness of their hair about how they're real women and it's totally not a fetish, only for their own body to scream YES IT IS at them every time they bust a nut.

I don't know how a sane person can look at themselves in the mirror, go to the bathroom, take a shower, and not be constantly reminded that they are living a lie. Treat your gender dysphoria, but do it with clear eyes and truth. Stop trying to create a fantasy world you know will always be threatened the moment anyone even accidently misgenders you or calls you by your birth name.
