I've never been so happy for people to lose their jobs. All those people still signing up for DEI certificates and degrees are in for a world of disappointment and debt.

Yes, more bitter people with a college degree. Exactly the type of people that create this shit to begin with. "I was among the smartest in my high school, why am I not making millions of dollars?!? We need to deconstruct education to put awesome people like me in charge!"

Exactly! They bang on and on about “equality” yet ALWAYS demand they get to be in leadership and making tons of money, and never seem to want to be in the much more ubiquitous positions that involve hard work, often physically demanding work. They feel entitled to leadership positions because their idiotic worthless degrees in DEI nonsense taught them that they should have access to executive careers because they have some quality like skin color or sexuality entitles them to be in charge. Never mind that they have no actual training or qualifications for leadership. Never mind that they want to go straight to the top without actually working for it, leaving them with no actual experience in the fields they feel entitled to lead. And the fact they don’t see how self righteous, entitled, and lazy they are, says they should not be let anywhere NEAR those positions, lest they end up like Disney, hemorrhaging money due to a culture of entitlement and ineptitude.

Smart people are smart. Hard workers are hard workers. People who hide behind credentials are usually neither of those things.
