I thought the same thing. Then i thought perhaps assigned girl but then the body of the post sounds like he's a guy saying perhaps being a guy isn't that bad. Nonsense acronyms +1.

Naaahh, nahh. I got this once: "Assigned Gender At Birth".
Which is actually kind of funny, seeing as they keep saying Gender it the mailable one that is a social construct, so they probably mean "Assigned Sex At Birth", except to acknowledge that would be to admit that sex is inherent and not something you can change... So it might not be a conversation they'll be thrilled to have. Especially seeing as they spent the whole thread trying to convince this person who is clearly tell them that these feelings might be tied to unhealthy moments and thinking that they should, none the less, be gunning for invasive plastic surgery instead of suggesting maybe some therapy to look into why they feel that way?
