How many more years do you think it'll take for them to look at HRT and its subsequent surgeries the same we look back on lobotomies?

No one can choose how they feel, that's the problem. You have to do a whole bunch of stuff that's really hard in order to improve your mood, which is why even people in therapy often don't improve.

You can change how you feel if you want to badly enough, you can't just choose to do it automatically. It takes time and willpower. But you and every other narcissist on the planet fears change pushing them out of a place of familiarity and comfort more than you fear anything else.
