So what we are looking at is someone who has gone into phase three of the trans experience coming up with someone who is still in phase 2.

Phase 1. I am depressed because I want to be a woman but I'm not. I should kill myself.

Phase 2. I totally can become a woman actually! I'm not depressed anymore!

Phase 3. Despite everything I actually can't become a woman after all. I should kill myself.
