I've gotta say, it actually feels more natural to call that person he than she in this case. I would have assumed the baby bump was morbid obesity before guessing it was a pregnant woman. If he/she wasn't going around flaunting it they could easily pass as just a regular gay couple that adopted. I think this person just wants attention and something to bitch about and doesn't actually care about passing
