Of course being trans is a delusion. If a person can't accept the reality of their body then they have a mental illness, recognised as such.

The trans ideology is incedibly harmful, it is illogical, self-contradictory, and practitioners lie to people about its outcomes.

I'm glad we are free to discuss it here, because trans ideology can only survive in darkness. It crumbles at the first sign of sunlight.
