It seems they want to maintain the illusion that this is the case, even while knowing Jazz Jennings exists.

I mean the fact they are angry about a ban on something they claim doesn't happen is funny enough.

"Republicans banned minors from getting sex changes! But that doesn't happen anyway!"

Ok cool so why give a fuck about the ban?

Like I could pass a bill banning hotels from setting the thermostat in the hotel rooms at -90 degrees. That would be stupid and rediculous. Like a lot of laws, but if it doesn't happen, why give a fuck fighting the law? And if for whatever reason it did happen yeah I'd want it banned.

What's the problem?
