Be like the last few.

Executing rapists is something I can agree with. Don't really care if they are gay or not. I think making it a crime to "identify as LGBT" is a problem since that's basically a free speech issue.

Like I think you should be able to "identify" as a rapist or a pedophile or a rapist or whatever. Identify as it all you want frankly. Outs you as a crazy we should watch closely and makes it less likely that you'll be able to get away with it.

Banning speech forces it underground where it's harder to watch.
