The only other time I see this is anime girls. Which are known for being purposely designed as sex magnets. Which is very interesting because almost every TiM I come across is also really into anime, and mostly because of the female characters.

Could also be because women tend to have sloped shoulders rather than wide manly ones.

But yet it's the TiMs with wide manly ones who always have it like that.
