That makes no sense. Suppose I am talking to a girl. She will call me "you." Who is supposed to call me "she" or "her" because I am talking to a girl? Some third party who's observing our conversation? What about third parties who have no idea who I'm talking to while they talk about me?

You've made the fatal error of thinking you'd ever come across this person in any context other than in some Discord where everyone has "they/them" and "she/her" in their names.
