Why do they always talk about bodies like they're plug and plays? It's weird to be that detached from your physical self and just see it as a collection of parts that can be switched around like a Mr Potato Head. That really ties into the whole "genital fetish" line too, since they seem to think it's basically a case of switching one around for the other, or that people are only attracted to the genitals, rather than the whole male or female body.

Because if they convince everyone else by using that then people might actually think they're a woman.

Not when they see the mess that this person will be left with. Kinda sad that they've been convinced that it will tbh rather than getting actual help for their issues.
