"Andre" keeps "messing up Logan’s pronouns" and commenting on Logan’s "outfits, hair, and nail polish," causing Logan to feel "drained and frustrated with again being in a situation to educate his peers on gender identity."

Andre’s remarks "contribute to a climate of disrespect and may also violate Harvard’s policies," the training says. "It may be helpful to reassure [Logan] he is not being oversensitive and the impact he is experiencing is valid."

It will be most helpful to teach Logan the subtle art of not giving a fuck. And that if some random guy commenting on your outfits hair and whatever is causing you to feel drained and frustrated then you'll have no energy left to deal with big frustrations like, not being able to get a good job with your gender studies degree when the economy is shite, and your enormous student loan debt.

Andre's remarks demonstrate that Andre is a dumbass that enjoys picking on the psycho-bitch. While funny Andre would be better off ignoring the psycho-bitch and focusing his energies on something productive that won't likely blow up in his face.

The last thing the Logans of the world need is to be told their feelings are valid and they're not oversensitive. The exact opposite is true and they need to hear it to have any chance of becoming a fully functional adult

I'll always say the only people who care what other people think about their identity is people who aren't confident and secure in their identity. If Logan was confident with himself then Logan wouldn't care.
