It's purposeful. It's a targeted plot, mostly to children too young to comprehend what is being pushed on them and naïve teenagers who believe that self-mutilation and degradation will make them cool, accepted, and make them feel better.

It's step 2 in the plan (or this specific arm of it anyway); they've already "adult-ified' kids and pushed pills and mental illness on them, and now they exploit this vulnerability they've created to finish the job by pushing a suicide pact on them. Except instead of a mutual agreement, they're selling their souls in return for nothing; they become mouthpieces and puppets for the establishment, lose their friends, family, and life, their money, dignity, humanity, etc. and in return they get nothing, and they die sad and alone.

They only push this degeneracy on two groups: the aforementioned children and mentally vulnerable, and pedophiles/creeps who help them violate and indoctrinate children further.
