Why is gender dysphoria not the same as Dissociative identity disorder?

It seems to me like it's probably closer to a body integrity disorder, body dismorphia or anorexia where people's minds are at odds with the physical reality of their bodies.

It should be noted that none of these categories of mental illness require affirmation as a part of treatment.
