Yep, autists and psychotic people are indeed a danger to society and individuals.

Yeah, I know a woman who was molested as a child by her moderately autistic family member. He's the kind of autist who is incapable of living on his own.

I personally don't think all of them are dangerous but I'm sick of people acting like autistics are incapable of harming others. Lower functioning autists who aren't properly monitored/cared for can be very violent or sexually aggressive.

But still capable of being manipulative and cunning enough to abuse a child.

I wouldn't necessarily say cunning, there was a decent amount of neglect happening.
