It could maybe be Q+ bullshit if or when they find it, but this isn't anything having to do with LGB or even the alphabet soup. None of them claim the menstrual cycle is abnormal or unhealthy. They make up new words for it (as women who pretend they don't have one) or claim they get it (as men with bad gas).

This is ignorance of human biology in order to control, with a slice of racism thrown in.
