My sister's boyfriend's job is literally making sure this stuff happens.

Companies pay his team to make sure they come top of Google search results and somewhere else there's another team being paid by a competitor to beat them to the top.

He gets paid big money for this nonsense.

These are the ads before the search list. Domino's pays for that. I ran into this exact situation last night when trying to order from Papa John's and clicked on the Domino's link by mistake. I realized what I had done when I couldn't find the location where I wanted to carryout.

Haha. The funny thing is I was checking to see if Pizza Hut had closed down because, due to the Holocough, some of the pizza places are gone now.
