Is it any good?

I have read The Electric State and it was really good.

I liked it. I won't spoil it but imo you need some stomach and standards to really be able to digest it.

The book you cited i just put on my to read list so i can't say right now how they relate.

Edit: It doesn't even seem to be officially available or is it ?
