One time I thought I was going to have a heart attack and had horrible chest pains and fatigue, but it turned out that it was a massive fart.

I actually had one of those once. No idea what the fuck caused it, but damned if I didn't think I was going to die before and after the fart. Spent the rest of the day with my ass in close proximity to the toilet, but nothing else happened.

Same thing happened to a colleague at work years ago. His lips went blue and he was struggling to breathe, had to get an ambulance to take him to the hospital. Our first aider was running with a defibrillator, everyone was worried the fat bastard was going to go sour. Well we all had a good laugh when he got to the hospital and let out an enormous ripper, became something of a workplace legend. It's not as fun when it happens to you though 😳
