I think it is more the case that if you can't deal with hearing "no", or saying it, then you're too immature for it. Here's an example: There is no such thing as a woman having a penis, unless she gets that penis by way of a date or marriage or some other accommodation. Those who can't hear that without getting all freaked out should grow up and leave behind the lies and fantasies they revel in.

Pharma companies they're insider trading on get money from it. Also puberty causes children's brains to develop at the same time as their bodies and if it is blocked by endocrine disruptors there is marked loss of intelligence and ability to think critically. It suits a government that wishes to become more tyrannical to have as large as possible proportion of the populace be easily-influenced, low-IQ, and stuck at a stage of development in which reliance on authority is neurologically hardcoded in. Or pedos in high places want underdeveloped people that are technically legal age and have been fed media diet of deviant hypersexual weirdness for years. Take your pick, there's a load of possible reasons, none of them good.

Let's meet in the middle and make everyone happy. People uncomfortable with a woman having a penis are mature enough to date a bonafide woman, but may never achieve the maturity required to date a bonerfied lady. Not railing or getting railed by one will be act as both a great burden and punishment for those who are unable or unwilling to elevate themselves.
