Why not just stop lying to yourself and live an easy life?

I think the solution is acting classes, specifically "method" acting. Becoming the role you perform is not easy, that's why there is such a thing as good or bad acting. The actor that wants to just play the role and go home can learn any number of acting methods, but the ones that want to become the role, thinking a more truthful performance can be had by internalizing the character as fully as possible in the actor's life, must study "method" acting. But, that would require admitting that one is an actor that wants to play a role better.

It will never stop super lesbians from speaking the truth, even "during sex" if it really gets that far. (How much brow-beating did this dude subject the woman to, to get that far? Horrifying really.) But, it will inject a little unrealistic cognitive dissonance into the legitimate feeling of hypocrisy.
