There's a trans Labour women's officer in the UK who did a fundraiser for surgery because the NHS didn't cover any of the stuff he wanted.

The surgery he did want was facial cosmetic surgery because he's an ugly fucker, nothing to do with gender dysphoria.

He then didn't get the surgery and spent the money on designer clothes instead.
