If they're women, and you're a straight man, why don't you want to have sex with them?

Because they're not women?

Also, what is your definition of "woman"?

I'm asking you in all seriousness because I can't understand how one can think transgenders are the sex they claim to be yet not see them as that sex when it comes to sex.

They are the gender female. You can´t change your sex. It´s determined by the chromosomes. And i´m attracted to the sex female, not the gender female. That was always my definition of "Straight/Hetero".

At least that´s my opinion, i guess everybody sees that differently.

At this moment, the US Congress is considering changing the legal definition of "sex" to include "gender identity," via this atrocious piece of legislation called the Equality Act, pushed by our '"liberal" party, the Democrats.

This change via the Equality Act would erase women and gay men as distinct and coherent legal categories, as well as many of the laws that protect women and gay men on the basis of sex, which is most of them.

US law would no longer be based on biological sex, but on the ever-fluid and therefore undefinable idea of "gender identity" which will cause chaos in the US on many levels.

So you are saying that sex is immutable (it is), therefore you don't actually think that "transwomen" are biological women, but instead are men who are the gender "woman" - but what exactly is the gender "woman" ?

And while you say government definitions don't matter to you, they will, because Germany (I've read) is also considering changing laws regarding the definition sex to include gender identity, after which under the law a "transwoman" will be considered a biological woman.

At which point, Germany will be cast into the same chaotic, Upside Down Gender World that Canada (which should be called "Tranada") is in right now, and which the US will be in if the Equality Act is passed.

Yes, exactly

but what exactly is the gender "woman" ?

The social role "women" that we expect from women for centuries. Emotionality, Caringness, Beauty. If a men acts like this, they often get insulted for it. So i understand that people are sick of it, like "fine if yall call me a girl i can be one". I belive if the gender roles wouldn`t exist, less people would feel the need to be trans.

Welcome to gender critical feminism! Well, you're probably not a feminist, but believing that biological sex is immutable, but that people should be free to dress and live how they want as long as they don't impede on the rights of others, is gender critical thought.

I think you understood me wrong. I support the term gender. I just say that sex and gender is not the same.

Yes, the confusion between "sex" and "gender" in the English language is one of the reasons gender ideology has gotten so far.

Many English speakers still feel the two words are interchangable - but they think both refer to biological sex.

Now, trans advocates are arguing the same, except that they are claiming that biological sex can change to suit the feelings in ones head, i.e., ones gender.
