This is so fucking true especially when some "conversion therapy" is seeing if the person has unaddressed trauma. Often sexual. The difference between trans identification and being gay is that gay is an observable fact: I am attracted to x. Dysphoria, I am distressed about x, is also factual, but "i am actually a man/woman" is not. "I can only cure my dysphoria or be happy living as a man/woman" also cannot be known as that is in the future (and is not true according to stories from detrans people.) Questioning these thoughts is not conversion therapy.

Black women are not equivalent to biological males.

No, no they are not. And also, why does everyone use that as the go to example? “I wouldn’t X with/for/to a black person” - can we just leave the poor folks alone? They didn’t do anything to deserve all these stray bullets progressives throw at them lol.

Frankly I think there are a lot of people out there who repress their natural range of attractions because they aren't fashionable then when suddenly they explode then they tell themselves they have magically changed their preferences through will power or situation.

One of those situations of magical will power is prison.

I've asked before but seriously are we allowed to use the word "retarded" on saidit?

No, you have to use the term "differently-abled". As in: "claiming that sexual orientation can be changed is totally differently-abled!"

Attractions, repulsions, opinions, beliefs, and behaviors can be modified, eliminated, or installed.
