I've posted similar threads, but this is the first executive order I've seen directly addressing this issue.

In a nutshell, there are many situations that we sit upon the brink of, that can, and will throw us back into the stone age. I promise you now, we're no where near being prepared for this on the whole, and I don't think we can be.

If this is something that concerns you, and it should, then it can be an adventure learning basic frontier skills, homestead skills, or the like; that's what will work.

As far as a faraday cage, good luck, it's relative to the size pulse, and as far as other things, useless.
