To be fair, and give some context, Judicial Watch is a conservative activism group with a misleading and official sounding name. The above quoted text has been a conservative wet dream for years now, so it's not really a surprise that a conservative group is promoting it. This has about the same credibility as when the SPLC names some group who holds a non-liberal view as a hate group. They're an activism group with an agenda to push, not anything legitimately credible as far their impartiality goes.
