I think this is how they get away with harassing anyone who doesn't 'fit' within the confines of their cult.

How is this surprising? Of course they're going to do this; it's common sense for them to do so.

With common sense like that, it's hard to stay in business; the old mantra in business was earning the respect of clients, and employees alike was the supposed importance.... Anymore, they be watching everybody, and it's all to keep us safe.

Safety, is paramount, right?

they know there is a ton of dirt and criminality the employees are aware of. the sense of guilt and fear must be immense.

i remember the wave of banker deaths a few years ago. i always tought it was the banks themselves behind it. how long until fb starts doing the same?
