Neat - I wonder what effect this will have on the efficiency of a turbine.
Just assemble two of an existing model - fit new shaped blades on one - test them and find out.

This isn't really that new. It's just a pretty take on it.
I've said for at least a decade that we need to tap the perpetual ocean currents.
