Joe's the dickhead that lobbied in 80's for those non violent marijuana users to be locked up for life; never mind his son's crack cocaine addiction, or other blood relation criminals.... LOL
He would almost remind me of "The Godfather", but I don't remember Marlin Brando groping, and fondling young girls, and women in the movie...
