It's because those areas are inhabited by negroes. Their propensity for murder and violence are well documented in the FBI crime statistics, as well in their Blacks Love Murder slogan.

Yes, I know they're sneakily changed the words, but the FBI crime statistics reveal the truth.

No - it's not a race problem. It's a class problem.

All races of people who live in poverty will turn to crime, and the prercentage of blacks in poverty is rather high.

Also, think for a moment when you first thought that blacks like murder and violence, if you can think back that far. This is a very old tradition of propaganda. The statistics say otherwise.

You don't have those statistics because they aren't true. There is also white-collar crime that's not reported. See also these statistics:
