IMO wrestling was better in the territory days. First, you had arenas across the country doing wrestling cards every month, didn't have to wait for WWE to come around once or twice a year. Second, many guys rotated through the circuit, kept things fresh by not staying in the same promotion for years on end. Jim Cornette is an old grump but he had a good comment about this, we can't miss you if you don't leave.
