On the long list of stupid things the woke folks, (mostly Millennials and Gen Z, sorry kids), the real biggie is the ignorance of history. Slavery happened (or is happening still in some areas of the world), in every region. Every civilization colonized, enslaved, or wiped out their rivals, even the holier than thou indigenous peoples. Western Civilization is the only civilization that made slavery illegal almost two centuries ago, and the rise of the West rang the death knell for slavery more than any other civilization. That's fact. It blows my mind that people like the woman in this video hate the West, and yet she would never have the right to vote or even opine with out the progress it brought.
