This is less of political censorship and more of the big tech cartel working with the fake news cartel to suppress competition so they can make more money. Every person who watches the original footage is less likely to watch the CNN footage, for example, because they've already seen it. They want to take away his income, give it to their corporate cronies, and force him to make money exclusively by selling to mainstream media, who can then edit it to manipulate the narrative.
