Good. Some common sense. You certainly wouldn't jail a person for having a gun if they were on prescription drugs. Why would you do it just because they smoked weed? Or crack for that matter. If they're not a prohibited person, the gun is legal and registered, and they weren't committing a crime with it, being a drug user shouldn't be the sole reason you go to jail because you own a gun.
