They are saying fast, every day. 23 hours a day. Eat one meal.
Walk for an hour a day. Sprinting is best.
Sauna and cold plunge every day.
Eat whole organic foods. No processing. No pesticide.
Metformin, berberine, vitamin d, and vitamin k. NAD +
No sugar. No bread. No carbs.
No drugs. No liquor. Mushrooms are most likely okay.
And thats it. Enjoy your long life. This can reverse issues like type 2 diabetes and heart disease. Consistency is key.

Methylation of cytosine to CpG directly correlates to biological aging, as that's how they've been measuring it related to chronological aging. That fits with the idea that aging is more about accumulating extra molecules that block TP sites rather than deleterious edits in DNA/telomerase. Underlying aging is information that is lost in cells, not just the accumulation of damage.
Loss of epigenetic information as a cause of mammalian aging
