I worked in the Atlanta IT market for 25 years. Home Depot was well known in the Atlanta IT community as a shit place to work. If IT people didn't put in 60+ hours a week they were branded a slacker. It didn't matter if you worked or not. It was were you there 60+ hours. When a company fucks over the staff you can't blame the staff for leaving. Or better yet, "quiet quitting" and drag out those paychecks. Fuck that old bastard. They want to work. They just don't want to work for you.
