if you could synthetically grow people, I suggest we would just start producing 90% females.

Incels wouldn't exist anymore. Feminist would be happy because women would start having around 50% of important positions in society. Female sexlessness wouldn't exist, as men can pleasure many women and most women are bi anyway (if they aren't, they're lesbians btw).
