Thinking you will get away with crime is associated with being unintelligent.

Crime is sort of a fool's game in a lot of places in the modern day. Even though 60% of murders in the US went unsolved in some recent year.

Chad always chooses a spot with multiple witnesses/potential helpers in a fight if it comes down to it, when choosing a location to publicly kiss in. So you can't punish him with a fight, and aggressively staring can bring satisfaction but not truly. This is because he knows that a lot of people will think for themselves and see that he didn't earn his intimacy. It's an admission. Chad can't begin to imagine what it's like to be someone who doesn't have his unearned opportunities, his unearned genetics etc. and knows he would crumble in worse circumstances. This is why he suspects that others under these circumstances will go out with a bang or just suicide. He may even overestimate the number of disadvantaged men who will do this instead of just being "passive".

I currently think that standing up to the cruelty of chads is what you can do at your absolute peak.

Otherwise we are living in an even more of a pathetic joke than we thought where all you can do is the boring action of watching chad succeed without even being teased/baited with a shot. You may not even be given the hope/illusion that you can stand up to chad and bring more fairness to the world or succeed yourself.
