If his free-sex partner isn't creeped out and does believe him OR he decides to run on his own, he isn't really safe regardless of where he goes. A hole on the bottom of the ocean, a hidden submarine that occasionally goes up to the surface for supplies, a hole in a hard-to-reach glacier, an underground base in the middle of the sahara... he may feel safe in those places but is he really? What if somebody who opposes the OTO starts nuclear war or engineers a near-perfect disease? OTO bases aren't perfect nor have that many supplies since they aren't bunkers made for after nuclear war breaks out.

Even an obscure space colony wouldn't make him feel safe if he could just catch a glimpse of the hate, dedication and willingness to die that is felt by dedicated hunters. If you see an actual corpse in a person's eyes you will know that no point in space is safe. Maybe he could get that feeling of sort of just being safe enough to feel the trill when going off on a space shuttle that is headed in one direction, but then that's suicide, you didn't really get to keep your life if you're not headed anywhere but your death, you have accepted that their hatred has consumed the human realm like a darkness that continually grows and can't be contained.

I cannot know for 100% sure if you are a troll who wants to cause substantial harm or a genuinely experienced psychological torturer/manipulator. But I can tell you that what you want here is someone else's goal and not your own. Why is it that the suffering of the sufferers is the only kind that you find acceptable? I am willing to hear you out as to why only disadvantaged men should be toyed with or suffer. I am willing to hear what the restraint is that prevents you from going after others, if you truly do want to go after someone. Don't be shy with me, I am willing to accept the reason no matter how absurd you may think it is.
