High dose of aspirin and antidepressants prepared (likely to cause a blood clot around my heart) plus the sharp piece of metal I will use to slit my wrists in the secluded location. There is no suffering after you die, none. It's a form of near perfect (from our inferior perspective during life) salvation available to us. A superior state to existence, which is simply bad and has pleasure as very clearly negative while pain and pointless effort are extremely abundant and positive.
